the house.
The living room has a double-height ceiling and large windows. There’s an open kitchen with an island, a dining area, and balconies upstairs overlooking greenery.
There are four bedrooms plus an extra room you could use as an office or nursery. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, and one bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower.

Where it is.
The house is in Suthep, near Speed Gym and across the highway from Pong Noi, roughly halfway between Nimman and Hang Dong.
The map shows Speed Gym as an area reference, not the house. We’ll share the exact location when arranging a viewing.

About the lease.
Is this a lease takeover?
Yes. You’d be taking over the remaining term of our current lease.
When does the lease end?
Late June 2027. The signed end date is 24 June; an agreed three-day extension would take it to 27 June. We’ll confirm the exact date before signing.
Is Wi-Fi included? What about parking?
Yes. High-speed internet is included, and the driveway fits one car. There’s also street parking in front.
What about pets, the deposit or a longer stay?
